A Brief History of Almost Everything Menkind

Menkind began in 2001 as a gift shop where you could find the weirdest and coolest products. Over the years we’ve expanded our offerings to include a wide range of  I’d-really-like-that-for-myself gifts, from Star Wars to Christmas gifts that bring joy all year round. We aim to create an all-out fun experience for anyone who shops with us and we are proud to say we have more stores than there are Marvel Cinematic Universe movies (and that’s saying something!). With locations across England, Scotland, and Wales—and pop-up shops that spring up during the festive season—we’re as present as Santa Claus himself!

What Makes Menkind Special
Our product range is as diverse as the creatures in Pokémon.  From personalised gifts and Advent calendars to gaming gadgets, we cater to every interest. What truly sets us apart is our sense of humour. We put plenty of thought into our products, but we take ourselves about as seriously as the ‘wash with like colours’ tag on a t-shirt. And if we can’t find the perfect gift, no worries—we’ll just create it ourselves!

The important bit... Menkind Digital Limited (company number 11900014) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gift Universe Group Ltd, registered in the UK as Company Number 06862887. In November 2022, Gift Universe transitioned to employee ownership, with the majority of the business now owned by Gift Universe Group Trustee Ltd, for the benefit of all the employees.
