Bushcraft Taster for Two

Bushcraft is all about using the natural environment to survive. Ray Mears and Bear Grylls have made bushcraft a very popular experience and this is your chance to learn some basic skills.

There is a lot in the great outdoors that can help you survive. Whether you're in the woods or stuck in open fields, there is always something close by to offer shelter and food.

This experience includes building your own shelters and other survival skills using natural materials found in the area.

This survival experience will consist of you getting to know the local flora and fauna and using these to help build shelter and getting back to basics.
Availability: This experience is available on selected dates, January to November.
Duration: This experience will last approximately 2 ½ hours.
Minimum Age: The minimum age is 12 years old, under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
Fitness: A good general level of fitness is required.
Qualifications Required: There are no qualifications required.
Spectator Information: Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for spectators.
Weather Dependent: This experience is dependant on the weather.
Group Size: There will be other people there on the day.
