Menkind e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase, use, and redemption of e-Gift Cards purchased from Menkind.

 

1. Purchase of e-Gift Cards

  • e-Gift Cards are available for purchase exclusively on our website (www.menkind.co.uk).

  • e-Gift Cards can be purchased in the following denominations: £10, £20, £50, £75, and £100.

  • All purchases are subject to approval and may require additional verification to ensure the transaction's authenticity.

 

2. e-Gift Card Delivery

  • Upon purchase, e-Gift Cards will be sent electronically to the recipient’s email address provided on the product page.

  • Menkind is not responsible for any errors in the email address entered by the customer on the product page. Please double-check all information before finalising your order.

  • If an e-Gift Card is not received due to an incorrect email address provided by the customer, Menkind is not obligated to reissue or refund the e-Gift Card.

  • If you believe there was an issue with delivery to the correct email address, please contact our customer service team here.

 

3. Redemption

  • e-Gift Cards can be redeemed both on our website (www.menkind.co.uk) and in our physical stores.

  • To redeem online, enter the unique code provided in the email at checkout.

  • To redeem in-store, present the e-Gift Card email with the unique code at the point of sale.

  • Customers may redeem a maximum of three (3) e-Gift Cards per transaction.

  • If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the e-Gift Card, the balance must be paid with an alternative payment method.

  • If the total purchase amount is less than the value of the e-Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.

 

4. Restrictions & Exclusions

  • e-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional e-Gift Cards.

  • e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, except as required by law.

  • e-Gift Cards are excluded from any promotions, discounts, vouchers, or coupons, and cannot be purchased or redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.

 

5. Expiration & Fees

  • e-Gift Cards expire 24 months after purchase.

  • No maintenance or inactivity fees will apply to the balance of the e-Gift Card.

 

6. Balance Inquiry

  • You may check the balance of your e-Gift Card by visiting www.menkind.co.uk or contacting our customer service team here.

 

7. Loss, Theft, or Unauthorised Use

  • Please treat your e-Gift Card as cash. Menkind is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of the card.

  • Lost or stolen e-Gift Cards will not be replaced, except in limited circumstances with valid proof of purchase and at the discretion of Menkind.

 

8. Fraud Prevention

  • Menkind reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any e-Gift Card purchase or redemption in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised use.

 

9. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

  • Menkind reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to e-Gift Cards purchased after the date of change.

 

By purchasing and using an e-Gift Card from Menkind, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
