If your order arrives and there is an item missing, please report this within 7 days of receiving your order.
Failure to do so will mean that unfortunately we will not replace or refund the missing item. When an item is reported missing from a parcel, we will do a warehouse check to ensure it was shipped. If it was shipped, we will require you to fill in a DOR – Denial Of Receipt form.
Again, due to a number of fraudulent claims, all such claims will be investigated thoroughly before sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
