Before reporting your parcel as missing, please ensure you have checked around your property and with neighbours. This is especially important where the tracking shows a “delivered” status.
Please be aware that due to an increase in fraudulent missing claims we will investigate all claims thoroughly and take appropriate action where warranted.
Due to this, if you have checked with neighbours and around your property and you are still unable to locate the parcel, we require you to fill out, and sign a DOR – Denial Of Receipt form via the below link and report your missing order by one of the contact methods below. Please save the signed form and include this when contacting us.
Please note: that you must report a missing parcel within 7 days of the last scan date. Failure to do so will mean that unfortunately we may not be able to replace or refund the missing parcel.
What Happens Next
Once we have received your completed DOR we will contact the courier to investigate. If the item is deemed to be missing we will either refund or replace the items for you. Rest assured we will keep you updated and resolve this for you as soon as possible.
