Razor X Skateboard

It's so much fun gliding as fast as you can down a hill that when it's over, it's over far too quickly. You have to slog back up the hill, board under arm, preparing for another rush just hoping it will be as good as the last one. Seems almost like too much work for such a quick fix!

That’s where the awesome RazorX Cruiser Electric Skateboard comes in. It’s designed by skateboarders, for skateboarders so it comes with a host of cool features like a 5 ply maple deck, custom reverse kingpin trucks for better carving ability and big, soft 80a wheels for a forgiving ride with plenty of grip. What makes it really special though it the addition of a powerful 125 watt motor driving the rear wheels.

Coupled with the rechargeable 22V lithium ion battery this gives the Razor X Cruiser a top speed of 10mph with a run time of up to 40 minutes of continuous use, depending on terrain. What’s more it skates well with the motor turned off too, so you’ll never be stuck with an immobile board and you can let gravity take over when you’re on a nice downhill.

The motor is really well thought out and has a bunch of nice features that make it much nicer to ride. It starts when you push off, so there’s no awkward lurch when it kicks in and there’s a soft start to let you build up speed steadily. There’s a motor brake for when you need to stop in a hurry and direct drive to the rear wheels mean there’ll be no alignment issues and there’s no chain or belt to worry about.

The lightweight remote control connects wirelessly via 2.4GHz and comes with a handy wrist strap so you won’t drop it. A simple joystick controls the throttle, pushing forward accelerating and pulling back activating the motor brake. Steering is just the same as a normal skateboard, with a nicely angled kicktail enabling you to make tight turns no problem and the wide spaced trucks giving you plenty of grip to carve at speed.
