For a kickoff, you can drive the Mini using the app-control familiar from other Sphero devices of various calibres, manoeuvring it through a wide variety of objects - from the furniture of your house to the mini cones and bowling pins that come with the Mini. Even cooler, the Mini has a Face Drive mode: this allows you to control the Mini using your facial expressions. Yes, that’s right: suddenly, you might have a reason to pull silly faces.

For those of you more inclined to enjoy the app’s various games, this baby comes equipped with a host of fun activities - a wide variety of different games are available: from flights through space to wrecking bricks. The app updates frequently, meaning there’ll always be new games to play when you want to try something new.
