Storm watches offer an amazing balance between functionality and style and we love this pleasingly chunky Hexton watch for exactly that reason.
It’s a little bit more traditional than some of Storm’s more ‘out there’ offerings but we’d argue it’s all the better for it - the reflective blue dial is supremely eye-catching and from the right angle makes it look like the easy to read white hands are just floating there. This combined with the cool blue grid design add a touch of modernity to an otherwise conservatively styled watch, with a thick, diver style bezel and comfortable stainless steel strap completing the look. The case is fairly large at approx. 47mm so would probably suit a thicker wrist and links can be added to or removed from the bracelet as required.
A reliable Japanese quartz movement keeps the hands ticking accurately and a water resistance of 50 metres means you’ll never need to worry about the weather. If you want a watch that blends Storm’s hyper-modern styling with a more traditional approach then the Hexton could be just what you’re after.
