SuperChill 8 Bottle Fridge

Attention wine lovers! It’s picnic and BBQ time so wouldn’t it be ideal if you could keep a portable Chill Fridge handy. The ice Appliance super chill Fridge is an eight wine bottle or 23 litre capacity model that uses thermoelectric technology to chill your drinks efficiently and quickly. Most thermoelectric fridges only chill about ten degrees below room temperature, but this one goes right down to 16 degrees below - more practical in warm kitchens. It’s extremely efficient too as it will drop the temperature of your wine by a whole ten degrees in less than 30 minutes and by 15 degrees in under an hour!

The SuperChill is ideal for beers and even sparkling wine. Normal food fridges are too cold at 3-4 degrees centigrade with longer term storage often damaging the taste. Even red wines benefit in the SuperChlll because most reds should be served below 19 degrees centigrade not room temperature (included is a wine temperature guide in the manual).

The fridge weighs under 10 kilos, making it truly portable for use outdoors, in a summerhouse, or on a boat. The compact footprint means it would take up little space on your kitchen tabletop too and can easily be kept in an office, dining room or behind a home bar if you’re lucky enough to have one. Ideal too for small apartments and student digs. Most models this size only hold six bottles, but the clever shelf configuration makes maximum use of the space allowing you to store opened bottles upright, including champagne and litre sized bottles.

The blue LED display shows the temperature in centigrade and is adjustable by electronic touch buttons. Another touch button illuminates the soft interior light. Amidst all these great features the SuperChill has a sleek black exterior with a black frame door and tinted double wall glass – it would fit into any home, whatever the decor.
