When can I go?
Your voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue.
Kew Gardens opens daily at 10.00 (except for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Closing times vary seasonally.
CreamTea is available 14.30 to 17.30
Please note, this voucher excludes admission to ticked events including Christmas at Kew.
Please note that the Orangery Servery is currently closed refurbishment - customers can redeem their voucher at the Pavilion or Victoria Plaza Café
Please note: Both vouchers must be in date and handed in on the day you take your experience.
Kew Palace, along with the associated Royal Kitchens and Queen Charlotte’s Cottage are open annually from Easter to the last weekend in September
You must take your experience before the voucher expiry date.
You can spend all day at Kew Gardens during the opening times.
How long will my experience last?
On arrival at Kew, you will need to hand in your voucher at the ticket office where you will receive a map with information on what events are arranged for that day so you can plan your visit.
You can spend as long as you like in Kew Gardens but don’t forget that you are welcome to enjoy self-service cream tea, which includes a either a scone with cream and jam or a slice of cake, in Pavilion Bar and Grill, Victoria Plaza Café or the Orangery Servery (currently closed refurbishment - customers can redeem their voucher at the Pavilion or Victoria Plaza Café.).

- Disabled access is available throughout the Gardens. Kew Palace offers a staff-operated lift to all of its three floors
- Under 17s are admitted at the child rate posted on the entrance gates. The experience covers a Cream Tea for two. Any additional catering must be paid for on the day
