Unfortunately, we can not change an email address once the order has been placed. These are processed through our system in real time and amendments are not possible. However, please contact the team with details of your issue and we can see if there is a solution in your specific case.
I’ve not received my Gift Card, Please help!
The voucher will be sent to the email address you sent in the recipient section of the ordering process, please allow up to 30 minutes for this to arrive. Please ensure the recipient has checked their junk folder. If you are still unable to locate this, please contact the team below.
I bought the wrong amount! Can I change it?
Unfortunately not. However, if you need more, simply buy another E-Gift Card!
I have multiple vouchers, but the website isn’t allowing me to enter them all.
Our system allows for a maximum of 3 E-Gift Cards to be used per order. However, if you have more, please contact the team using the details below and we will look into this for you.
