The popularity of drones seems to be ever increasing and so too is the technology. Hubsan have managed to squeeze a 2.0 mega pixel camera into their already brilliant X4 range of quadcopters and have ingeniously named it…. the X4 Quadcopter With Camera!
This 2.4GHz four channel drone will record HD footage straight onto a micro SD card all stored within the flying machine itself. The X4 is a fantastically stable gadget thanks to its inbuilt gyro and it really is one of the most precise drones we've come across. The 6 axis controls are great for both beginners and experts and allow you to do some cool flips and tricks when you get the hang of things. Even though it is relatively small in size it copes surprisingly well with a little breeze so it’s just as good for flying outdoors.
The case itself has a metallic red finish with white details, not to mention bright LEDs on the arms of the quad. These LEDs provide a useful guide as to which way the drone is facing and it looks totally awesome when flying at night.
When you have finished flying the X4, simply pop out the MicroSD card and insert it into a computer to view the footage you have just recorded. Now you can see exactly what it’s like to fly high up in the skies in 720p video.
A normal fight will last around 7-9 minutes and a recharge is done via USB in about 40 minutes. The only thing you will need is 4 x AAA batteries for the remote and a MicroSD card if you want to record any footage.
